What applies on top of the monthly price?

  • Connection costs from SEK 9,500 per building and is paid once. The price depends on the number of metering points.
  • The contract runs for 12 months, then continues with three months’ notice.
  • All prices exclude VAT. Additional sub-meters are quoted separately during the survey.

What do customers most often ask about pricing?

Do we need to replace our meters?

No. We read existing meters over M-Bus, Modbus or pulse output. Where sub-metering is missing we add current clamps, which is included in the connection fee for up to twelve metering points.

How quickly does it pay for itself?

The median building in our data wastes SEK 118,000 of electricity a year. Most customers reach measurable savings within a quarter, and the platform shows the savings against the baseline so you can follow them yourselves.

What if we don’t find any waste?

It happens: about one building in twenty is already well run. Then you know it, with data instead of assumptions, and the platform keeps watch so it stays that way.

Does it work with district heating?

Yes. District heating meters are read the same way as electricity meters, and the baseline takes outdoor temperature into account so a cold week doesn’t set off the alerts.
